Friendly staff. Ordered the soy garlic chicken after reading all the good reviews. Sadly it didn't suit my tastebuds as it was too salty for my liking. The chicken is tender but the meat itself (without sauce) was lacking taste. Cheese fries is shiok and worth.

Tried this Korean fried chicken stall while exploring Kovan. It offers a variety of different flavours for the chicken and my personal favourite is the yang neom and soy garlic ones. The yang neom (aka sweet spicy) has a great balance of sweetness and spice - from the gochujang while the soy garlic had the right dash of garlic taste in it. I must say the flavours are super strong and best eaten at the coffee shop. The smell was so fragrant all the way when I was bringing it home to share with my family. Prices are reasonable too so it’s great to have this for a party or gathering!

It's next to Punggol Nasi Lemak. Seating is limited due to the popularity of the claypot chicken thingy. The ventilation is quite poor in the back. It can get quite hot when dining here. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ ? ??????? ????? ?? $??.?? ⁣⁣ We had three original crispy and three honey butter. ⁣⁣ ⁣⁣ Both are delicious when served hot. The flavor of honey butter taste similar to baby milk powder with sugar Chicken wings are deep fried and can destroy every part. Crispy~

If you are having their fried chicken , they are good and comes in different interesting flavours for you to choose from. Food is still piping hot when you do takeaway, and chicken is nicely fried and crispy. However if you are intending to get your Korean kimchi noodle fix, you might be better to cook your own version with instant Korean noodles and fresh kimchi. Standard is there as I had tried twice.

The stall is beside the famous Punggol nasi lemak but sharing the same premise as the famous qi wei chicken claypot place. So you can already imagine, it’s crowded, smoky and smelly from the claypot before u even sit down. The staff is probably also suffering from the crowd and smell and hence wasn’t very friendly. I expect a little courtesy from young stall owners or workers instead of just shuffling you away to go find a seat, scan the code and then order your food. None of the “hello”, “is this your first time here”, “do u know how to order” etc existed in the conversation. There was no queue and I was the first customer for the early evening as far as I can tell. The chicken was so-so. Not generous with sauce or cheese powder etc. My kids actually compared it with Texas, so u can imagine it’s not great. It’s edible, hence the 2 stars. Price is slightly cheaper than 4 fingers so it gets another star for that. Overall not a great experience, not coming again.

We had the butter garlic favoured half chicken, the chicken tenders with wasabi mayo, a side of dumplings and tteokbokki. The butter garlic half chicken was really flavourful and the chicken itself was juicy. Would definitely order that again in future. The tteokbokki portion may look small, but I loved that it was fried before being slathered in sauce. The crisp exterior contrasted well with the chewy interior. The wasabi mayo dip was alright, but I personally preferred the option of having the chicken flavoured rather than using the dip. All in all, it was a lovely dining experience and an unexpected find.

I ordered the soy chicken wing and the breast meat chicken strips (spicy and non-spicy). The fried chicken wings are great! Worth the try, the soy sauce seems to have gotten into the wings and the sweetness (I am sure it has sugary stuff) has coated it. The strips of chicken breast are lack luster. The sauce has over power the chicken, and they could used frozen chicken therefore the meat has lost its taste. Cashier is friendly. Price is steep.
