There are squash courts, food courts, spas, multiple small grocery stores, tennis courts, basketball courts, playgrounds, swimming pools and still lots of open space. The only flaw is that the houses are a little old, with not so great default flooring. So, a little renovation and you will utterly enjoy ur residence here

D	Divya Prasher on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place to live in Singapore. My cousin lives there with his family. The condo is full of greenery and small ponds which is what made me like it so much. There is a multi cuisine food court and there are 2 swimming pools for the residents which are well maintained. I noticed people of different origins living here which made the place more vibrant according to me.

With all facilities such as general stores, sports(squash, Table Tennis, Lawn Tennis), Gyms available make this condo a great place to live in. Several of the towers face the sea with amazing views of the sunset over the water. Night lights and cool sea breeze during the evening make walking in the vast condo area and parks a delight.

E	Enigma on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A nice oasis of water features but giving a congested feel. Lacks open spaces. I was delivering an item to family living there while my colleague who drove me there waited downstairs. The security would not allow my colleague to wait up and no reason was given as to why waiting was not allowed. I personally would not want to live in a place that has such a prison-like feel, right from the security to the ambience.
