★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What I like most is their karaoke, I love to sing and glad they have it here. This place is not so loud and not so quiet just somewhere in between. It's an old condo but to be fair it's well maintained. This is also perfect for family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a lovely and serene condo located within walking distance from amenities like the the East Coast beach and Bedok Mall. From the window, the waters can be heard and it's such a pleasant feeling to be surrounded by nature, the sea breeze.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apparently have delivery at blk 22/26 but cant lark my van at the loading bay to deliver and was chased away by security deploy at that tower. So eventually another came and parked there more than 15mins though... Biased security officer

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you like peace and quiet, but not too quiet, this is the place for you. You can have fun in the pool, sing in the Karaoke room, become fit in the Gym and lots more! If you pick a room with a terrace, you'll get an amazing view at night!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brilliant condo with high qualiy faculties like the gym. Very nice view of the east(from my angle). Also, the swimming pool is top notch with the many different bridges and the design is very nice. Very good security system.And the barbeque pits is a nice touch. Only con is that is a little inconvienient for those in pubilc transport, but thats ok. COOL PLACE

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i stayed here for quite a long time, very nice condo with world class amenities, nice swimming pools, tennis courts, gym, club house, space for kids and many more, very well maintained and developed, lot of space for walkers as well. East coast park is very near so you can have great fun in it. East coast is a paradise for cyclist, runners, skaters and so many other activities are there. Tennis courts here are very good and well maintained. There are 3 swimming pools for different age groups and depths. All the pools are very beautiful and well maintained. Club house is very good and nice place is available for organizing parties. Washroom is also quite big and very nicely maintained.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Proud Bayshore babe here! Grew up here and so glad that I live here. The pool is second to none and the facilities are friendly. Really close to the airport, which is great for frequent travellers.
