★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lived there for a few years. Very nice views and it's convenient to have a doctor and minimart downstairs.
However, the apartments are rather poorly constructed. Loads of noise problems from inconsiderate upstairs neighbours. Up to your luck and ours wasn't so good.

Lots of trees, plants ,grass ,swimming pool, restaurants, shops makes it so convenient and joyful place.
It is facing the sea. Bayshore MRT is being built next to it.
Sea beach is just 5 mintues away from it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best Condominium in the East Coast Area of Singapore. These are very luxurious apartments with many flats are having superb Sea view and view of East Coast Park. The apartment is having all the luxurious facilities such as swimming pools, tennis courts, club house, gym, kids play area etc. There is a very good restaurant inside the apartment and the food here is very good and prices are reasonable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After living here more than 12 years, we still love the condo. As long as I know, this is the only condo has a 4.1 meters diving pool. All pools have warm water.

New MRT station coming up right beside, so will improve connectivity.

The landscaping is so spacious. When you step in, feel like living in resort world. It is windy. Some units here are facing the sea view, so beautiful and completely unblocked view. But, must be able to accept a bit of ECP noise, bearable.
Thanks to my client for giving this opportunity to step into this beautiful condo in the East of Singapore. Hope their offer will be accepted ?
