Not professional, rude to customers and bad quality results. I strongly recommend to use another company for printing services. The staff, manager included, lies and does not refund anything if the result does not meet expectations. Worse service ever.

Print 100+ page market rate is 5cents/side. When tell them print 2 pages in one side, requires more work?! (HAHA) become 6-8cents/side. Not really honest business, but can’t blame them, pandemic hitting these services hard..

Very expensive. Got quoted $1 for a single side A4 BW. $4 for 5 pieces, crazy.

Great printer at great location with great service. Average prices. If you want the lowest prices, don’t come here or even anywhere in the CBD.

Got printout of 156 pages just for $15.6 Neatly arranged and stapled documents in each category. Excellent service.

Visited the shop request for price of printing of 5 pdf files was told 10c a sheet after email doc to them become 15c a sheet. Worst is all the staffs are not apologetic at all. Not a word of apology for the wrong pricing! Never going back again ! Con shop

Not my first time visiting. Today went there served by this young guy wearing glasses, made me wait for 20 minutes then tell me he didn't received my documents for prints. I brought the whole portrait frame there, told the guy I need to print 91x61cm prints to fit that frame, ask him to cropped the image digitally into the 70x50cm to fit inside the space inside that frame. Waited an hour, handled me entirely cropped and cut print. I told him I already showed him I need to fit inside that frame, it's not right, cannot expect me to glue it up to hold the image inside it right? He smirk and laugh about it, didn't give me refund, expect me to pay another $35 for the 91x61cm print again. I was so angry I didn't even check the 2 A1 size sticker prints I got, it is pixelated, he didn't show me or double check with me, the quality is so bad that I can't used it at all, he could have asked me for my pdf file and explain to me it will turn out like such, don't expect me to do your job.. I will never ever going to use bbcimage service anymore, waste my time and money. (Edit: removed the photos of the prints because of copyrights)

Pleasant experience with the people there, and very fast but quality service. I printed invitations and stickers at their place. Very helpful to quote me a variety of options to get to my price range and what the final product should be. Would go back again.
