To be honest, the beef was really just so-so. The meat actually stuck to the grill because there was not much fat. Even though the service was good but I much prefer the food from the other korean restaurant just across the street.

I was there with my wife for a weekday lunch. Its our first time here. And we were immediately immersed in a full Korean atmosphere! There were tables of Korean men happily chatting and eating away. Always a good sign if you see a nationality supporting their national food in a restaurant! Their service and initiative was top notch. I wasn't just reporting on my own table experience. I was also observing how the staff interacted and served the various tables in this mid sized joint. Well done! I ordered the Budae Jiggae and Seafood Pancake. The Army Stew was loaded with ingredients that were to be expected and it was well balanced. As the stew brewed on, the soup became more and more viscous. The good thing was that it never became overly salty but its amazing flavour just became more intense. For small eaters, this pot can easily feed three. To feast, two to a pot will be just nice. The Seafood Pancake was crispy on the outside and filled with wonderfully cooked seafood as described in their menu. The accompanying sauce was a must and it blends very well with the layers of goodness that was savoured with each bite. Their side dishes were also delicious. A true measure of any Korean restaurant is their kimchi, and theirs was well made. If they made it themselves, I'm impressed. It was not too sour but maintained a good kick of spice and pungence. Although this restaurant is hidden in a little corner of Serangoon, its quality food and ambience will only serve to increase its stature and customer base, and I do hope it will stay around for as long as possible, to keep shining as a true authentic Korean restaurant!

Totally in love with their food! My hubby found this restaurant on Google map when we were nearby, and we decided to try after read the reviews, turn out do not disappoint us. I had an a la cart Seafood Zzambbong ($18), huge bowl, generous seafood (alot clams and mussels!!), rich soup full of sweetness from the seafood, and nice soft noodles. Soup not very spicy, and serve with yellow pickle radish. Golden fried chicken ($21 - half/8 pcs), serve with white radish, this one surprisingly good! Just as stated in their menu, 50% crispy 50% juicy. Thought we won't able to finish the chicken at first when it served, as we have a huge bowl of noodle and a steam egg there, but still we clear the plate. ?? 2nd visit on a raining evening. Ordered a Gamjatang ($45, boiled pork with potatoes and perilla leaves), nice warm and flavorful soup on a cold day. Huge portion again, with a lot of meat and potatoes, I guess this can share 3-4pax. Haven't try their BBQ, but very sure I will definitely come back for BBQ. Plus point: Banchan are good! And they provide refill banchan generously! Nice and friendly service staff, heard a service staff explained the content in each dish the customers next table asked, patiently. Lastly, seats are limited there, will suggest revervation if plan to dine during peak hours. Thanks for all the nice food~~~

Nice little bbq place tucked in the corner along the shop houses. Food are reasonably priced and nice. Good 6 side dishes to compliment with. Think due to limited table, time limit of 90mins apply. So will not recommend if wanna chill longer with soju/beer. And most importantly, staffs are very friendly but seems a little busy for them as only 3 serving all. So just be a little patient with them! ??

Tuck in the corner, but those who knows about this little gem will even queue to get in. Best time is lunch, less crowded but still the restaurant was busy. A decent Korean BBQ indeed.

Great service, selection and food. Kimchi pancake is highly recommended. I ordered the beef ribs and dulco pork belly were great. The appetizers were ?. Ambience is simple, and bathroom is very basic. For the price, it's very much no frills.

Tucked in one corner of a row of shop houses at Lim Tua Tow Road, you will find this Korean BBQ restaurant. Wow, the staffs are super helpful and friendly, this alone will definitely whet your appetite. Food is excellent and authentic. Ample parking and will definitely return.

First time lunch at this restaurant. Ordered Army Stew and Pancake which turned out to be very tasty. The soup of the army stew was delicious with lots of ingredients. Do add on noodles if there are more than 2 pax. Owner is Korean and was very accommodating in giving us soup top up! Definitely recommended!
