Did not do a thorough job on my car. I did the express detailing and came back to find many areas still covered in dust. Interior only felt like it’s been vacuumed and wiped briefly. I wasn’t told/made aware of any intensive recovery being performed until your reply here. I take your words and like to presume it’s true. It maybe you have taken the time to do other stuff which I wasn’t made aware of and neglected the cleaning? I would have gladly paid for the polishing without needing you to give it to me FOC and given you more time. Fact is I brought back a car that wasn’t thoroughly cleaned. Poor communication on your part if all was true. Nevertheless I applaud your effort on your offer to make good. Rerated.

The ceramic coating was nicely done. Would be good to check with the boss for promo package. Mine comes with free 1 year unlimited car wash. Update on 19 Feb 2022: It's been about 6 months and the coating is still looking great! Kudos to Steve and his team, whom I go to for weekly car wash, they take great care during the wash. They are not just professional, but they do it with their hearts!

Excellent car detailing shop. Went above and beyond to make sure that im satisfied with the overall cleanup and coating. Made sure that i checked for anything for them to rectify. Got to know them through their advertisment on NTUC package that they are offering and went on to consult them. Answered all my questions that i have patiently. You can feel safe in their hands. ?

Friendly team and Excellent service! Wax was expertly done. Helped to cover some minor scratches. Impressive! What's more impressive is the vacuum service. They literally got rid of all the fine dirt that I had problems removing! Keep up the impressive service! Definitely a place to return back often to up keep the car.

Excellent work and service! Very responsible and thoughtful staff whom cater to my personal needs. Chose the Ceramic Extreme coating. not only it restored my car to showroom condition but also makes windscreen and side mirrors more visible due to the strong hydrophobic properties. Fantastic!
