★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience. Collected rental car there from Mr Rizal 87573691 via Fadli. 2 days later, Rizal acknowledged issueing out a vehicle that is unsafe and faulty knowingly. Rizal promised a refund and went bad on promise made. Informed me find other shop and waited for refund coz boss quarantined. Only to received his text no refund will be given. Bad service. Misleading promises. Beware if you have dealings with this individual who went aka by flex.leasing and many more. I have filed my case in Small Tribunal Court for hearing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went on weekday afternoon and there was only one car washing. There were two Malay uncles washing the car and it took one hour to wash my car (MPV). I'm ok with it and they wash carefully. I'm satisfied with the result however they missed to clean (wipe) the doorstep area. Will go again.
