★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there for the 2nd time after a long time.
Only waited for a short while before I got served. Went for premium option.
Just decent only. There were still dirty stains on my window that wasn't removed. The dashboard wasn't vacuumed too.
Just a feedback - I'm surprised to see the guy wearing rings on his left hand. No doubt he wears glove on the right hand, he did still use his left hand to wipe the car. While he was supporting himself using the left hand on my car, I heard a few clangs coming from the contact between the rings and my car. I don't even dare to check if there were any scratches coming from that.
I doubt I will return.

Just don’t like using the high pressure wash on the motorcycle chain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dropped by for a wash after visiting my regular workshop nearby. Waited in the queue with 2-3 cars ahead of me, and was directed to the corner shop instead. Took the premium package which is wash and vacuum. Decent standard. The guy made effort to vacuum my car tho.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I completely agree with those negative reviews posted before mine. In the past, they provided good customer service and paid attention to details. When I went to have my car washed before my meeting a few days ago, I was very disappointed with those youngsters. When I went there on a weekday afternoon, another similar car wash was packed, but I didn't think twice and went straight to Carpow because they were good last time. I was wrong, they were shaking their legs while I was there and even fooling around while they were washing. Try them out and let us know if you trust some youngsters. The worst part is that they don't even seem to know what they are doing, it's even hard to tell if they are even clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointment. Standard drop by a lot. Car was not dry properly, never vacuum internal properly. Same like petrol station standard but more expensive.
Hit my car with their don’t know what, I guess is cable or something. When I reach home I saw this at the side of my car door. I stay just 3 mins drive away. Disappointed by their standard. Used to be good. Staff was polite though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Car washing experience went from 5 star service when it first opened now to 1star. Sat night no one else washing(no wonder) , just my car with 4 staff tending to it and they barely wiped it with soap, jus anyhow wipe for a few seconds and rinse off. Its good that there are now other car wash services on the same floor. Im never coming back and will go try the others even if its a couple bucks more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used to be quite good but visited the place recently and the kids washing my car were fooling around and playing with water and soap while washing.. even some soap got splashed into the car, no idea why they even open my car doors while washing.. went to get a car wash but got my car even dirtier than before, had to clean up the car myself later again. Seems like the negative reviews here are quite accurate. Will not patronise going forward.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used to be fast and good. I went for the Kilat package but in the end standard was worse than patrol kiosk...after cleaning still got quite a number of stains and marks (not water mark not sure what's that, tried wiping but cannot remove still)
Feedback thru email and FB msg, till date no response.... very disappointing...
