No hard selling from her. Environment is so relaxing and clean. She also did an clear explanation and follow up on the after care. Definitely will recommend?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decided to try out Korean BB glow facial at RL Beauty House and it did not disappoint at all. Honestly went in without any expectations because I was attracted to the word ‘glow’ but I was 100% blown away. The room was super clean. She set the ambience really well - it was cold air con temp, accompanied with calming music and a dehumidifier. I instantly felt relaxed and amazed when I saw machines similar to that at a facial place. The entire room was transformed into a facial spa situation and the entire experience was elevated because of it. Rachel was super professional and assessed my skin before starting on the facial. At every step, she told me what she was going to do, which I really appreciated as I knew was going onto my face. The light treatment at the end was so soothing, I ended up falling asleep. When I was done with the facial, I saw an immediate glow to my face. It looked much cleaner and brighter. 10/10 would recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always enjoyed my comfortable facial session with Rachel. Environment is very comfortable and relaxing. Very detailed when she is doing the facial and make sure all spots are covered. My face always feel cleared and smooth after the facials. What’s more, her skillful massage also make me more relaxed after each facial session too! Definitely recommend to visit and try for yourself.
