★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chanced upon skin lab medical spa when they did a promo. The treatments recommended by the therapists were targeted to my skin condition. My go to therapist is Esther, she’s very nice and friendly and took time to explain the various treatments and is not pushy at all with sales. Had a few sessions done already and can see improvement in my skin condition. 10/10 recommend here for facial!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I find that the staffs here are very friendly. Especially my facial therapist, Lizz who has been in charge and taking care of my facial treatment. She is very professional and her service is good. I love her way of making you feel comfortable from the start to the end of the treatment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esther from Waterway Point, she did my facial it was a pleasant experience. She is patient and explain to me my skin conditions. The facial treatment makes me feel so very comfortable and after the facial i can see my skin brighter and hydrate alot. Later i was introduced a few packages by Shin the skin consultant, Shin was a nice lady, she won't hard sell you and tell you to buy at your comfort zone, is even ok you dont wanna buy at all that what she told me.! All the staffs here are very friendly.! Recommend to come give a try in this outlet. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a really good experience doing the diamond peel facial with Valerie as my consultant. She was very gentle and detailed in the extraction process and took the time to explain the process to me. There was a clear difference after the facial and I enjoyed the process.

I was greeted by Wendy as I entered the outlet and she is super friendly and helpful. Following on, I was served by Esther who is really professional and tried her best to make my skin better than before. She strategically asked questions that help her understand my skin better. I highly recommend this outlet to all.

I will highly consider taking package from them. My first time facial and it was super relaxing and enjoyable for me. Highly recommend them!

She was very gentle during the extraction. Consultant Shin was also very nice and welcoming, she made me feel comfortable, also later sped things up in explaining things to me as she knows that I am rushing somewhere and did not hardsell me :) Treatment was also targeted at your concerns and skin condition
