Last week, i went for facial service at Avon Beauty Secret Waterway. I bought the facial voucher from fave. Ms Carvy is the one who served me. I am so satisfied with the service. Ms Carvy is so polite and cheerful. She ensure that I am comfortable at all time. I will definitely return here again.

Ms Emma is my go to hairstylist for close to 2 years! Thank you Emma for your amazing service, your patience and for being such a lovely person!

I’ve been doing my mani, pedi, and facial with Avone at Waterway for a couple of years. My 5 star review goes to manicurists, Shi Qi and Xiao Bing, and my beautician, Peggy. Their professionalism, attention to details, and attentive service are what keeps me coming back for the past few years without fail every month ❣️

This review is a reflection of my experience over the years. As with all similar business, they need to keep everything afloat by gently “informing you of their monthly promotions”, some call this hard selling. They can spend half an hour talking about their plan, wasting everyone’s time and do not take into account the verbal and body language, the tone of customer. Haggling usually only stops when I raise my voice and it is awkward as the manager and therapist will turn quiet, with me storming out of the shop. So much for customer service. One time during facial, the therapist( not Michelle ) who was doing facial massage stopped half way, her hands went limp on my face. When I coughed, she continued the massage, which led me think she fell asleep. Anyway, my eyes was blocked and I didn’t manage to catch her dozing on the job. I also tried the eyebrow embroidery with them, Sasa did a good job but she left. Their hair stylist does a good job, usually less haggling with them. The girls who are doing nails also does a good job but yea, hard selling is something you cannot run away every single time. Feel terrible for them because I’m sure they are very affected by the closure and pandemic but the experience could have been better.

I am glad to have Keshin, styling my hair for my birthday celebration tomorrow. She dolled me up like a daddy’s princess. Keshin, is very skilful and creative. I am so glad I found a stylist like her. Thank You, Avone.

First time coming here to get a mani/pedi done. I was attended to by Lily and Shi Qi who were both really friendly and had great service and attention to detail. Although Lily had another customer waiting for her she did not rush my manicure at all. I’m happy with how my nails turned out thank you ladies!

Great and high quality salon, I am not a beauty professional but by the looks of it, there is probably a good reason why this had a near 5 star rating. Service is good too, I guess. Great hair salon and it’s likely the best one in Waterway Point, it might be the best in Punggol! Then again, I haven’t been to ALL the hair salons. Good hair saloon (they probably have a secret to their success)
