Excellent service!!! Friendly And on time

Arranged for a group buy to get a better discount with my neighbours, was also offered commission on their end. Promised a 2 day turnover, waited a week for mine who no calls. Dropped them a text and they promptly replied (at least that was great) and say that my curtains would be free because of the wait. Group buy was done, and they decided, to not honour the Comms and said my curtains are already free. Firstly, everything was offered FROM them. I didn’t ask for Comms, neither did I ask for free curtain washing. Secondly, they are using “your curtains are already free” and “loan curtains were also free” lines is a complete disregard to their initial statements. I’m perfectly fine to have just gotten a nice discount to be shared with my neighbours but I felt conned into trying to get more neighbours to sign up to get their curtains washed since there was a commission waiting for me. Money to be earned right? NO. GETTING CHEATED is what it is. Zero integrity, horribly bad business ethics, over promises. Please be careful everyone!

I sent my curtains to them for dry cleaning on 17 Jul. The curtains were returned to me one day late and they didn’t bothered to inform me and left me waiting at home whole day. The curtains were finally returned to me on 22 Jul. My curtains were thick and heavy so I have been putting off hanging it up. It has been in the returned plastic ever since then and was kept in a dry clean area. I decided to open up 1.5 months later, 4 Sep, to hang up. To my horror, I found the supposedly washed curtains were mouldy and dirty. The colour of the curtains on the mouldy areas was still wet and already changed its color. I whatsapp the person and he read the message and didn’t even reply. I have sent my curtains to other laundry services and also left in plastic bag for an equal amount of time and it was fine. Now I regretted my decision and it is my biggest mistake to send my expensive curtains to them. Horrible and poor service. Send your curtains to them at your own risk.
