Magnificent Movers and Storage

The worst! -Firstly the storage space is really dirty, only kept my items for about 40 days and everything was black including my mattress. -They didn’t do good wrapping. -Only gave me 2 small box for packing. -They force my queen size storage bed in a small van. -Took more than 4hours to transfer my stuff from my house to the storage place. -Only 2 movers n one of them is a girl whom couldn’t do much and lied that she was the boss. - Someone else had to help them with carrying my bed into the van as they couldn’t do it with 2 person. - The door of the van could not close yet they force close the door. -Broke my fan. -When wanted to shift my stuff out from storage place she claim that they couldn’t do the shifting as her guy injured his back on a previous job as he carried a mattress alone and the mattress fell on him. -Offered to help me find a good movers which cost less as she claims she knows the industry with a lot of racist remarks but ended up calling GOGOX. -she also offered to assemble my bed for free but last minute told me she had to charge me as her boss found out they assembling my bed. -Message me a picture of my bed and told me that GOGOX movers made a small scratches on my bed but when I went to check so many parts of my bed was scratched and the mattress was black n was scratch too. I didn’t manage to get any claim for my new bed I just bought for me and my baby. I would not recommend this movers and storage service unless you do not care for ur stuff and want alot of things done out of goodwill and when ur things is damaged they will just tell you they did alot for u out of goodwill. I paid $160 for storage space for about 40days and $200 for a 1 time bad moving service.
