Super cheap deal ... almost got a second hand ice maker from a store but luckily i found them... comes with warranty and good sales service... too bad i bought some new items from other suppliers at higher price already... else i probably will support them all the way

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor customer service. No help at all. I ws given 3 month warranty for mixer. Within 1 month the whisk broke completely. Asked customer service and they could not even tell me where to buy the whisk from. If I got an appliance from Courts, they would replace the item immediately with warranty. Totally waste my money, it cost $290. But when I look at lazada for the same model its only $100.

After sales service is very prompt too. They will send technician on site if it's within warranty. Appreciate their friendship and good service. Will continue to support them.
