Abby is very friendly and will listen to what you are concerned about your skin needs before giving suggestions. When it comes to extraction, she is also very gentle and most of the time I even slept through the process halfway into it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I chanced upon this saloon via fave and after the trial, I was happy to sign up a package. The beautician who attended to me Maomao is very gentle and caring. Always check if the pressure is too hard and if I feel ok.
There is no hard selling at all and I took my mum here today and mum was very very happy with the service.
Happy with my choice.

Manager Alice and staff Mao Mao are amazing, they are kind people who are not pushy with sales but are open to listen to our needs. I am surprised that I signed a package with them too but I am excited to see the results. This was by far one of the best value facials in SG with clean and rather thorough extraction by Mao Mao!! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought the "110min meridian bojin facial + eye and neck meridian bojin therapy + head therapeutic wellness + lip treatment" from Fave, received a full solid service from Mao Mao. I can tell that she is meticulous during cleaning my face, i can actually feel the differences when i touch it. The environment is clean n tranquil. The price i bought from Fave is for first timer, very well worth the value. I signed up a package later on, hopefully Beauty Smile will still honour the same high quality job. Look forward to go back.

Package allows me to bring my mum and sister too.
Price is reasonable, quality facials and options for womb treatment for ease period cramps.
Highly recommend to try fave trial for first time then add on package.
No hard sales at all.

My beautician made sure the extractions were not painful, making sure to apply antiseptic so it wouldn't be infected. The cooling massage and hydrating masks after were so comforting as well and I walked out with dewy, clean face again. Much recommended!

Been served by Joleen. Excellent service, very professional, very patient and sincere person. I have very sensitive skin, she will treat my face accordingly to my skin conditions. I feel so relax and really enjoyed my facial with her especially her extraction and massage skills. My skin feels great after my facial treatments with her.
