Dry version. Gravy is thick and tasty. Well blended with the white noodle. The meats are soft and easy to chew. Soup is tasty but I prefer a bit more hotter when served.

This Bedok Beef Kway Teow is a Teochew style of the wet or dry version. A much better Teochew style beef kway teow in the soup version is much better then the dry version with a sticky soy dark color gravy. The cooked beef are very tender and juicy. The beef maw are soft and smooth and the beef tendon so smooth that melted inside your mouth. The chilli is spicy and sweet. Dipped the beef cooked meat, beed maw and beef tendon are heavenly in taste. The stall is owned by Mr. Raymond lim and his wife madam Lim is the Chef. Mr. Raymond Lim and his wife are Teochew and speak mandarin or english. At Changi Village Hawker Centre, there is only one beef kway teow stall known as Bedok Beef Kway Teow. Its the best compare to Hock Lam Beef Noodle.

Bought 2 mixed beef noodle dry is really a treat, highly recommended. Ordered the bigger bowl and there are lots of different type of meat. The Raman style I won’t recommend, noodle is soggy not firm like what raman should be, and chunky beef are hard too, but the soup is tasty. Overall, those who ate noted MSG was a plenty and feeling thirsty afterward. Would recommend overall, just stick to the traditional Beef Noodle.

Decided to drop by Changi Village food centre this weekend to check out this beef noodle, this place has been on my list for quite sometime. Upon reaching, there was only a few people infront of me in the queue. Apart from dry beef thick beehoon, they also sells other items such as beef kway teow soup, beef ramen. Prices starts from SGD$5 onwards. Ordered the dry version of the beef beehoon, with just only the beef slices and beef balls. First impression, very generous portion. Gravy was delicious and flavorful but the consistency was too watery towards the end. Sliced beef doneness was just right, not too tough. Would be a great bowl if only the gravy has a better consistency.

Located in the middle lane of Changi Village Hawker Centre. Ordered the soup kway teow with mixed meat. The portion is pretty generous with lots of slices of tripe, lean meat, braised meat, tendons and beef balls. The beansprouts also gave this dish a nice refreshing crunch. Soup base is pretty decent, not overly beefy and can taste the various spices in it, but just a little on the sweet side.
