I simply love their crispy noodle with sliced fish and bittergourd. It is so full of flavours and gives good value at $5 per plate.

My number one comfort food stall in Singapore. The ee-mian pork rib with bitter gourd. Flavourful and mouth watering, paired with the crispy ee-noodles is just the perfect pairing. Just thinking about it is making me hungry ?

Solid portions, amazing wok hei, and the persistence in serving up the same great taste over decades contribute to this 5-star rating for Wong Hing. Their bittergourd and spare ribs horfun is my favorite among their numerous delicious offerings, and it’s so good even when it’s takeout. The horfun has this beautiful smoky flavor, accentuated by the black bean sauce which matched perfectly with the generous amounts of sliced bittergourd. Chili padi adds a spicy kick to every bite. Do check them out! Their sliced fish horfun is also very enjoyable.

Tried the bean paste bitter gourd sliced fish hor fun (what a long name) and it was good. Decent amount of wok hei. The fish was fresh as well. Plus points for having huge portions for $5! Worth a try if you’re at the hawker centre.

There's a lot of sauce in the dish, but is subjective to whether you like it or not. Personally I don't like dishes with lots of sauce, but this feels okay. Sauce just feels a bit starchy. Portion wise is decent. $5 can get you a reasonable portion. There's also quite a few seafood in the dish. Worth the try!

I have been to Changi Village countless time but this is the first time I bought food from this stall, bcos the stalls we normally patronise were closed during our recent visit. The stall is run by an old couple. Signboard quite old & lacked of attraction… but the food is really good! My girl ordered the “Fried Yee Mian”, although presentation is so so but the taste is really good! Same for the Salmon rice set, very yummy! Never judge a book by its cover… Never judge a food stall by the signboard or outlook :P
