★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The soup is pretty salty, but as the store suggest, it's the fish that's what makes it nice. Boiled over high heat, the quality of the fish and its soft, kind of Chewy meat makes it a dish to pick for the undecided.
It would say eating it with crispy noodles would make it a real sumptuous lunch indeed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lately, while at Changi Village for our weekly Makan hunting…, we noticed a new stall that always filled with long queue…
It is another fish soup stall but compared to the one at the other row, this one definitely tastes much much better!
I ordered the $8 fish soup with rice and the soup base is really nice!! See the before and after of my soup and the chilli, I never really cleared my bowl till this empty ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Read so much on this new fish stall at changi village, decided to give it a try. I would say, tried once and will not return. Ordered fished head, the meat is so hard, guess overcooked. Not sure is due to overwhelming queue. Soup has sodium, not that original fish taste. Will not return. $6 and rice is 50cents.

- Grouper fish is fresh and thick. They have debone the fish, hence is very easy to eat.
- Fish maw is nice as it absorbs the soup well
- mince meat is very generous and fresh.. Really goes well with soup.
- the soup base is superb and I believe no or little MSG is added as I don't feel thirsty after I eaten.
Definitely will back again to try more?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There's a short Q but it was serving very fast. The staff there were friendly to take your order. The soup is refreshing and with no added MSG so you don't feel thirsty after the meal. Fish grouper was fresh and portion of $6 where given 6 pieces of fish slice, lettuce, a slice of tomato and plenty of soup. Hope they can add some tofu.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently opened stall selling fish soup in Changi Village Hawker Centre. They serve grouper, red grouper, batang fish and seafood soup. The soup is very flavorful and you can taste they've added dried fish in it. There isn't any thirsty sensation after the meal means little or none MSG added. The quality of the fish for grouper fish soup is ok while the prawns for the seafood soup were really fresh and crunchy. Expect a 15 to 20 mins wait during lunch peak. It would have been a 5 star if the portion was more generous. Grouper fish soup and seafood soup starts at $6 each.
