Today for example I was at the bus stop since 607am but no signs of bus till 625am!!
Kindly improve the timing of your busses as it will affect our punctuality and productivity of our days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Has become much more comfortable than the temporary interchange, waiting for buses in the hot weather. Some bus routes changed their pairing and that is unfortunate. For example, 222 and 14 used to be beside each other. And their routes has some overlap, so you could switch easily according to which came first. The expected arrival timings screen flashes too slowly, with some extended blackout period where you can't see anything. That could cause you to miss a bus. Good that now there is a top up and enquiries counter as of Aug 2018. A few eating options for a quick meal too. Improvements can be made to the bus departure timings, maybe a bigger screen so the entire interchange's schedule can show at one glance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No such bus stop called "Bedok". I walked all the way there to confirm it. This bus stop needs to be removed from Google Maps.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bus timings are never accurate. Buses would arrive faster than stated time or not arrive at all. Feedbacks given via email are of no use and they have the cheek to increase transport fares for such unreliable services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kind of smaller than Tampines Interchange, but the good thing about the Interchange is that there is air conditioning, and there are 10 berths in total. There are also some shops that sell food as well, and a Passenger Service Office, as well as a bus guide rack. Not a lot of seats though. It's a really good place to spot buses, especially outside the interchange where you can get a good angle.
