★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a sofa on 15Jan, saleswoman said it will only arrive after chinese new year. on the 16th day of chinese new year, i called again and the saleswoman said it will arrive mid march. It is 23March2022, couldn’t get through calls and no replies from email, amount paid in full, product still not yet received and customer service is bad!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I waited 1.5 months and still did not receive the bed i ordered… i tried calling but no one answered. It says 16/6/2022 deivery. I bought the bed i. April. Today is 20/6/2022. Still nothing! No updates. Sea Horse what is wrong with you???

Order 2 bed frame but deliver with slight defects.
Installer say will come back to fix but no response after 2 weeks of waiting.
Check with the retailer say they are not aware of this issues and they start to taiji.
Buy at own risk buyer

I just did not know that we had to call the delivery man to find out the disposal fee of the old mattress and bedframe. In the past, I just informed the seller that disposal was needed and the fee was included in the payment. I was quite surprised to find out that $120 and upwards is needed for disposal..
