Bee Choo Origin Kovan | Hair Loss Herbal Treatment - 203 Hougang Street 21

I have been frequenting the Kovan outlet for the past 3 years - initially service was very polite and the whites of my hair were a nice deeper copper colour. However during this year, I noticed that one or two of the staff are quite rough and rushed with the hairwashing. Unfortunately I do not know their names - one is a little plumb with glasses and the other one is quite young and fairly new compared to some of the longer working ones. I reminded her not to get water into my ear but she couldn’t care less. Very rude and rough attitude. The one that is consistently polite, thorough & good with her hair wash is Eileen or Eleen. In the past, they would be welcoming and even cheerily said their goodbyes and thank yous. None of that anymore. It would be nice if they maintained their standards. Another problem is the colour of my whites after the treatment. Ever since the salon came up with the appointments for either coloured or non coloured, I realised that my whites were an awful lighter rusty red colour compared to the past when it was deeper copper red. Not sure if they changed their formula but won’t be going again if this is what my whites look like after the visit. Pity because the place is quite comfortable.

I have been going to Origin Kovan branch for the past years. The staffs will greet each and everyone of the customers the moment they step in. Their professionalism and great hospitality make you feel at ease. I have noticed the significant changes to my hair every since I start going there and will definitely recommend to my friends and relatives. Kudos to the staffs and do keep up the good work?

The staffs are very friendly and professional in their services rendered. Despite the busy periods of non-stop clients coming in , they have shown professional attitudes and services to me. I have always make appointments at Kovan branch instead of the branch near my home because the staffs here make me feel that I am in a comfortable environment with professional services offered. I can see that even when they are busy , they will try to attend immediately to every customer once they have finish their services to the current customer that they are attending to and this i have to give credit to their hardworking attitudes ??? Especially staffs like Bee Hong & Qiqi who have been very attentive and professional in their services rendered and very friendly staffs ??? This is how you keep customers coming with Good services and Hair treatments that works ?

I was busy doing safe entry and there was this rude customer who jumped queue and the reception staff should have told her to wait but they allowed her to register details. When I finished I briefly mentioned that she was rather rude and I was pleased they offered to do me first. She was already seated and so I said it was ok … she clearly could have asked to go first politely instead of barging past me. I appreciated the staff considered my situation and offered that I go first.

The salon does not bother with answering phone calls at all. Have called across different months, different days and different timings. Very frustrating when you have to ask about your package but the phone rings for 5 minutes with no one bothering to answer the call. That neccessitates you to personally go down to the salon to enquire. Bad service in this regard.

The staff are extremely helpful, professional and friendly. I have been their customer for more than 5 years, i see improvement from the herbal treatment. They provide sound advice on my hair condition and how to keep clean and healthy scalp. More importantly i feel that the staff is courteous and they do not push you to buy stuff.

Have been patronising the branch at Kovan. The staff are friendly and services are good. Always had a pleasant experience during each visit.

Hope they can extend their hours to be same as before covid. As current last appt at 6pm too rush for me to go after work.
