Great service, satisfied with the hair cut and hair wash.

Good. Bosses well gentle and hair stylish too. I am with the saloon many years.

I entered the salon to ask how much to trim my hair. I have long hair below the shoulders and was quoted $35 on the calculator. I asked if it included Wash and Blow. She then added extra $ for that. I wasn't expecting to be quoted that much in a HDB salon for just a haircut. After my shock reaction, the auntie at the counter then changed it to $30. As she didn't look like she's out to drain me off my money, I thought okay. She looked seasoned and her skill is probably worth that premium. I sat down and less than 10min, apparently, she was done with my hair. She seemed to be rushing as her repeat customers were entering the salon. I know time taken does not equate to the quality of the haircut. I've been to other salons where I've paid $20 plus dollars for the same length and I was given sufficient service but this one was quite disappointing. The cut was not good. When I reached home, I had to clean up the cut by trimming strands that were sticking out cos it wasn't cut properly. I wish I had a more pleasant experience at this salon as it looks like they have been in that business for a long time and I respect individuals with long years of service with quality results to speak of. But sadly, I don't think I'll go back to this salon again :( Sorry aunties
