How does a good product make you feel like you have committed crime?? I booked a service because I know I have issues and I need an expert to help me resolve it. As treatments do not come cheap and one would like to have the best value there is-I booked with Bee Choo in Pahang St. as the reviews were good. When I arrived, I paid for the booking and was asked to sit down and being a first time customer I was advised I need to do a scalp check that comes with the visit. The lady came,asked me to fill in a form and then she did the scan. True enough one can see the issues that my scalp had. She asked how often do I wash my hair,I answered truthfully-everyday I wash it then I put conditioner to the roots but because of my scalp issues I just shampoo once a week. She asked me to wait and she came back with another lady. The other lady spoke to me in a very condescending tone like I was a criminal. Her harsh tone is what struck me the most and left me speechless. Truth be told, I zoned out as a result of shock. How am I stuck in this situation to avail of a service to help me and yet I am with this lady whose tone made me feel like I committed a grave crime. She went on and on and said a lot of things which my brain was not able to process. I was overwhelmed with shame bef of the tone used to me.After what felt like forever, I told her-sorry I do not understand what you just said. Your tone to me left me shocked and why are you scolding me? Why are you making me feel like a committed a crime? That is the point that she stopped and toned down. The rest of the process was okay but I am emotionally battered. I know I had to correct a habit but that can be communicated with empathy and in a neutral tone esp to first time customers like me. I came out of the establishment with a better scalp for sure but I left with a heavy heart and a painful experience. I will definitely not book there again as I do not want to be spoken like a committed a crime.

Been here for hair treatment since precovid. The experience here has been pleasant, be it the results that I see so far (my hair is less oily now and I see new strands of hair coming out too!) and the service provided is good too. The staff are friendly and caring.

Been visiting here for almost two years. Helps to control hair fall and promote hair growth. Visits need to be consistent for maximum results. Definitely will continue to patronise the outlet, especially when it’s dedicated to ladies only ?

I had a great time doing my hair here the person that assisted me was very helpful. The treatment was very refreshing and it really soothe my hair very well. They also recommended products that I can use daily too. Surely i will com back again.. :)

This a review for Pahang St outlet. Bought a package a while ago because I believe the product is good. The manager who runs the outlet is also very professional. But sorry to say that service has gone worse and not consistent, depending on who is serving you. First time the assistant did a thorough spraying on scalp and massage it all over the head before the steam treatment. Today a girl (golden hair with glasses) sprayed like few times just on top of the head & couldn’t be bothered to even rub it properly. What is the point of spraying this? Outlet was quite empty also - not rush hour. After treatment, different girl who blow dry my hair, finished after a few mins. Hair was half dripping wet & she said it’s done. I had to request another staff to finish drying my hair. Please do something about your staff service. If this level of service continues, sorry but I won’t renew the package. Also not fair to the few girls who are doing a good job.

All the time I get the package . Since I have get their treatment the first time i can get the results and grown a lot babies hair, cover my white hair and can see your grown very fast. My hair is getting healthy and nice. it come with herbs treatment it not human full on your skin. So not to be worried.. and I have their member more than 7 over years..

Have been coming here since 2018. It's quite difficult to find a treatment that works. And at this price, it's great value at the end of the day. My hair fall amount was reduced significantly after a couple of treatments and baby hair started to grow. Overall am still pleased with the service after many years. Kudos to the staff of Bee Choo Ladies outlet!

Really welcoming team of professionals. Have been coming for treatment weekly and they made me feel really comfortable. My scalp condition is slowly improving and they will advise based on your scalp condition. I’m really happy with the experience so far. What I also love is that they don’t do hard-selling and their treatment and products are of really affordable price. Would highly recommend this awesome place!
