★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent broth, tender meat, generous servings, proper chilli with lime & ginger flakes, $4 to $6 per bowl, what more can we ask for from this hidden gem! The family has been doing this for 50 years! Btw Auntie says she Fridays off. Usual hours 10.30am to 6pm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ True traditional beef noodle soup done by a teochew uncle. The broth is thick, flavourful with a slight herbal taste. The beef tripes, tendon are braised to perfection. Overall taste is very good, I really cannot comment much due to the fact that I really enjoy this kind of traditional beef noodle soup very much. It is also very reasonably priced. Will definitely come back again from time to time to satisfy my cravings. ?????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice little hidden gem of a stall. Basement of the food center, beside the Thai Tom Yum Soup stall. Teochew style beef noodles and the broth is really tasty. Get a bigger bowl with a mix of all the parts of beef. The beef stomach is very tender. Chili is good too.
