โ โ โ โ โ No customer service, and their pedicure doesn't include foot scrub, need to pay additional $20 for it, extra charge for choose another colour, no smile, nothing makes me satisfied. if she smile at least and nice, I wouldn't mind to pay more. I stop doing service and changed normal pedicure because I just wanted to leave the place. never go back again and I see why their business is not working well.. need to change the nail artist first I think

โ โ โ โ โ Made an appointment for 4pm, she had completely forgotten and took on another client for nails when I showed up. Told me she will be done in 10-15min, but 30min later sheโs still nowhere done with the nail client. Wasnโt even apologetic. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

โ โ โ โ โ My gel manicure chipped every time for 3 times. The technician is in a hurry and the gel manicure doesnt completely dry forming small bubbles and then chipping on surface. She should wait for each layer to completely dry before applying a second layer. So ladies, if you have a lot of money and time to waste why not go here.

โ โ โ โ โ Went there for gel nail art, told me is $79. asked her how much is it after the gel art, she say $79. gave her a picture to follow for the nail art, she claims she can do it better and donโt need to follow the poi tire for reference. the nails did not turn out pleasant, and in the end she suddenly charged me $120 even though it was previously agreed that it was $79. poor service

โ โ โ โ โ Worst pedicure experience ever!
Bought a fave voucher for 2 sessions. For the first session for an appointment at 12noon, the shop was not open at 11.45am. Walked around before coming back at 12 noon. Since the first session, the vendor kept telling me to refund the voucher with fave but decided to just get along with it even though it means coming back for the second session within 2 weeks. Pedicure quality was so-so, does not include removal of dead skin, etc.
Second session- went to the shop. Shop requires me to place a $30 deposit as I misplaced my 'member card'. By 'deposit' it is only refundable upon me returning their 'member card'. Their fine print said "compulsory to bring card for second session" there was no mention of $30 deposit. This is basically asking me to pay an additional $30 when I've clearly told them that I've misplaced the card. How is it logical that the paper card is worth $30? Their reasoning is that the bearer of the paper card can claim the second session. How can that be possible when their T&C also state that "non-transferrable" at all? I asked for them to check their own records, I can give them the exact date and time I came for the first appointment and the vendor shouted at me. And told me to just cancel and refund the voucher. There's no intention to fulfill the services at all. How it is that they can 'pick and choose' their fine print to not fulfill customer's service when it's clear that their own internal controls are the problem?
Frankly the most upset that the ash-green haired vendor shouted multiple times at me. What kind of customer service is it? Still dare to call themselves "Lady". "Lady" NOT! Even if you have the money, RUN AWAY from this terrible shop!

โ โ โ โ โ Located right next to the library entrance at Orchard Gateway, it will be easier to find this nail salon by taking the escalator to the third floor rather than taking the lift.
The place is mostly empty, especially on weekdays, but somehow the staff seemed tired and unfriendly most of the time. The mani and pedi here are just okay that I didn't find it particularly good as the staff gave me a feeling of rushing their job to get it done, rather get the job right.

โ โ โ โ โ Did my 1st ever gel manicure with them and the nails turned out really good! The gel surface was smooth and my nails were shaped nicely. Also did a classic pedicure with them concurrently, all under a promo price of $65 (for 2 sessions of gel mani inc. soak off plus classic pedi). Initially, only knew about the 1 session $35 promo and came for that (psa: I saw the promo on fave and called them up, wanting to check on the appt availability before making any fave voucher purchases, and it turned out that actually, there was no need to purchase the fave voucher and I could still enjoy the promo. So I did not buy the fave voucher in the end and just went straight to them. Just call them up to book an appt and tell them which service/ promo you are looking for, and they will advise on the price). It was the technician who shared with me during my session the better promo of $65 for 2 sessions. Overall, service was pleasant, no hard-selling and quick (There were two people doing my nails; Felt a bit like express service because it was a little too quick but that was probably what the promo price was worth for, so it is ok). Hope the gel soak-off and second session would be as good as this!
