โ โ โ โ โ Used a voucher for my first time mani-pedi service there. I was lucky that two of them did my nails at the same time that I got to save quite a bit of time. The ladies took their time and did a good job, and I felt very much pampered!!
They used OPI also, which comes in good quality and wide color assortments.
Would come again for sure!!

โ โ โ โ โ Lack of management.
I had booked a week ago, upon reaching the store they didn't know i had a booking.
They continued doing the server haphazardly.
Not realy relaxed.
The nail paint is incomplete around my nails.
The people aren't bad but due to improper planning, the task is not proper at all.
They did charge full price.
Hope the administration takes note of this.

โ โ โ โ โ 5 stars for the specialist who did my pedicure (the older staff among the rest) she was so professional and did a great job.
The girl who did my manicure was so rushed doing the bare minimum.
The salon needs a little bit of tidiness and improvements.
Pillows were a bit dirty and has spots.

โ โ โ โ โ my husband and i did our nails together, i did removal + express gel and he did buffering :3 we loved them. they were so sweet and kind, and the interior was amazing. the girls were all professional and quick and made sure that our nails were nice and pretty. my husband's nails are shiny and i loved the colour range that they had! it was in a cute little scrapbook and there were sooo many colours. i thought it was really creative. they were also super helpful when i was choosing my colours, i wanted something really dark (but not black) and they were quick to give me options โค๏ธ here are some pics, excuse my fading henna lol (just married) cant wait to go back again.

โ โ โ โ โ Went for gel nail removal. I had gotten my nails done in Japan using paragel. Paragel is soft gel but the staff insisted it is hard gel. Paragel is a new type of gel that does not require buffing of the nails and therefore does not damage your nails. Paragel's top layer should be removed lightly with the rubber nail scraper tool then soak the rest with acetone and scrape off the rest gently. If correctly done, your nails should have no damage. Unfortunately they lacked knowledge about this. Insisted its hard gel, and removed in a manner that destroyed my nails. The skills and knowledge of staff is outdated....
