O	Ong Helen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food is good! But unfortunately the cashier was not friendly and he mixed cheese with raw meat which I told him that he should not. He answered that it is only in the basket but he will separate them when he pack them in the plastic bags. But on my return home, I find that he had packed 2 plastic bags with a mixture of raw meat and cheese! He could have just packed all the cheese in one bag and all the raw meat in another. Are the staff not trained in this basic knowledge that you don't mix raw meat with food that is going to be eaten without being cooked? Food contamination!
I	Ian Chong on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been depending on our regular annual 4 to 5 times expeditions fm the east to Ben's in the west for the prime meats I always crave... at always very reasonable rates. Of course, if so inclined there's no dearth of much pricier & more "atas" sources around our little red dot, but for my simpler tastes, I've never felt the need for such change. That year when Ben's was not open to us for those long months due to freezer coolant leakage, I found it almost painfully difficult to do without. No longer!

S	Susie Goh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best place to get restaurant served meats n vege sides without burning holes in your wallet. Leg of ham n lamb are popular. For dairy they carry lots of the Cowhead brand cheese and snacks. My personal favourites are the reasonably priced French Brie, frozen steaks, turkey breast, Vienna sausages, Brussels sprouts and both cooked n uncooked ribs. They carry many frozen items under the Farmland brand n lately Farmvale. Their seasoned cooked slabs of ribs is yummy...but the last I checked price have skyrocketed to $25 from about $16. Due to this CNY season, frozen seafood have been offered up: fish, scallops, etc I bought a packet of dried fish maw for $30 n was grateful for tips on how to store them in frozen portions. The staff here are super obliging. They will help carry n load your 'loot' to your car if you are alone..n have bought heaps. These days, only 30 people are allowed at any one time. So do visit only at weekdays: Thur n Fri from 3.30pm - 5pm.

Despite the invoice indicating it would be delivered by 6pm, and repeated messages to their WhatsApp helpline to query status, the food didn’t come. Very disappointed. At least they agreed to my refund request.

Placed an order 5 working days before set deliver date, order still came late and the lack of communication on the late delivery was the cherry on top. Communicated with customer service, asked for a refund, instead, they said they would deliver on the following week Monday, but, order suddenly arrived on the same day I asked for a refund. Invoice printed on the 22nd but signed on 21st.
