★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff has to improve in their communication. Printed wedding invite here and my fiancee thought they would resize the artwork to fit nicely into the size we wanted. But apparently no, we now have the invite with half flower designs cut out. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went down to print my degree certificate. I initially asked for the certificate dimension print and the person told me he couldn't modify. So I asked whether is it possible to print a4 size and he lied to me saying that he couldn't print it as well. I went to another shop and realise that printing a4 is possible. The other shop was surprised when I told them about it. It was my first time experiencing pdf doc with a pin but the staff wanted to up sell his product with a supersized A3 print. It could be done with $2.5 but I got scam an additional $4 from them.
In response to the owner's reply: You're not getting the point. Do note that you guys did not even bother to try printing A4 when i asked for it (which could be done so by fitting it into size even without access pin). The service was obviously subpar compared to the next shop that i went after this incident.
