I've been a returning customer for several years now, and have always found their print services to be trustworthy and of high quality. They are also highly responsive to queries, and have on several occasions reverted efficiently and accommodated generously when abrupt changes were introduced. Will continue to procure their services for my personal and professional printing needs!

I've been ordering posters and name cards from them for 3 years, always satisfied with the result! Good quality, competitive price, fast service and convenient location. Awal and Kevin are always so patient with my queries and last minute small/bulk order. Keep up the good work!

Print quality was alright but customer service was a huge turn-off. Read the good reviews, was hoping for the same but was appalled by how rude the staff was. Asked simple questions to clarify but he replied in a very condescending and exasperated manner. Understand that there is Covid but staff was very very sticky about safe distancing, said "Sorry 1 metre." (again in an exasperated tone) the moment I accidentally crossed the masking tape by a little. Have no intentions to come back again.

I had the same experience as Charmaine. Read the good reviews, but I was appalled by the service that staff rendered. Yes, he did clarify my query but I wasn't pleased with the exasperated tone that he replied to me. I understand that there is COVID and the staffs are stressed to adhere some safe-distancing measures but the staff was rude and said"1 METRE!" at the moment I accidentally crossed the masking tape by a little. May I suggest that perhaps you can put a visible signage at the entrance so that we won't accidentally crossed before the white masking tape? Then moving forward, we won't be facing the exasperated tone from the staff anymore.

-The pin takes you to their competitor, yet they welcome your feedback with a rude dismissal: "the address is written" -Make sure they give you a mock up as they promise and sign it off before printing. I didn't and got polos and mug with bizarrely located prints -The online shop has wrong prices, sizes, etc. It may have been corrected -Do NOT expect to receive anything that requires 5 seconds of extra care, it is their way or the highway -Good luck trying to understand emails, nested emails and different accounts communications -Working for the public requires certain skills and training. For some, a lot of it. Maybe the owner has overworked staff? Interestingly, most of 5 star reviews have only ever done 1 review! All in all, the products they show online are close to reality. Would be great to have samples in the shop. They have some but none of the ones I needed. This could be a great place but I paid for unusable products and got a refund for a big order as they would not want to work with me even though I 'approved' small inaccuracies. They just don't want to take 5 extra seconds per t-shirt and put the logo in the same spot - approximately is OK. Just wherever they feel like. Great. Good luck!

Extremely satisfied with the express non laminated name cards! Good quality, speedy service. Fuss free submission process, same day collection at a reasonable price. Prompt response on hotline, relatively fast correspondence on email.

Terrible customer service. Poor attitude. I’ve never left bad reviews on Google. Unfortunately, Kevin has too much room for improvement. There’s many other printing shops around the area. Avoid this shop.
