First time getting an ergonomic chair and it’s definitely worth the investment, especially with the lumbar support. I feel a real difference compared to the dining chair I was sitting on. Now that I’ve sat on it for a few weeks, I find myself sitting also in an improved and better posture, with no more backaches. Their service is fast and responsive!

Despite the small amount of reviews, I had a hunch that Benel will be great because of its vast experience with corporate clients. I visited the showroom and was immediately guided through the different products according to my needs. Yingxuan was warm and welcoming; she took the time and effort to demonstrate different chairs to us. The process was extremely smooth and detailed, and I ordered a chair on the spot. I'll be more than happy to recommend Benel to anyone looking for a quality WFH/office chair that will last for years to come.

Ying Xuan was very knowledgeable, patient and attentive in explaining the features of the chairs as well as to find something that suits your needs. She even went the extra mile to help me find a monitor arm even though that is not their core products. Fantastic customer service!

It was a beautiful space set up for anyone to try out the many different options available and more importantly to also find out the chair that suited me the best. The staff present were extremely helpful and shared tips on how to fully utilise the many features built into their office chairs. It's been a couple of weeks since I've gotten a chair from Benel and I am very happy with my purchase (and so is my back). Would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a good chair!!

After my sis tried the chair for a month with nothing but compliments, I went to the showroom and gave it a try. The staff was friendly and within 15 mins I proceeded with the the order and the order process was a breeze. The chair is really nice with an excellent lumber support to help correct my sitting posture and really an need for our pro-long work from home setup.

While checking out various top rated local and international brands, we were skeptical about Benel since it only had 15 Google reviews at that point of time. However, we decided to check them out since they seemed to have many corporate customers. We were impressed from our first visit! The sales person Herry took one hour to show us the various chairs, demo them and help us find the models that we liked. The pricing was also very reasonable considering that Benel models had all the features that international brands were offering. The seemingly only downside was that the model we chose was in black. However they offered to custom make our chairs in other colors and offered various choices. I am really happy with how they turned out! The chairs are beautiful and very comfortable to use! Complimented with great service as well! Would highly recommend.
