★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doesnt even deserve a star. brought a wp commerce today. after buying no login. after given with log in, i cant log in. talk to the support, "award winning" they mentioned. but cannot even give me a call. mayb no phone. 9 hours already still cant log in to my wp. what a subscription.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a problem with our website and requested for assistance from Exabytes through their chatline. Although the request went to a wrong department, it was immediately redirected. The issue was resolved expeditiously. I am very impressed with their co-ordination and their ability to resolve the issue. Thank you Yi Ying and Pradeesh PR. Exabytes deserves 5 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ try their what's app 24hr support.. u contact them they don't respond. when they respond they ask u to email them the entire issue. Hmm then what is the point of the WhatsApp technical support chat? U can see the screen shot its a joke. They can simply raise a ticket n update u later.. as a bare minimum

If you want your emails to never get through to anyone or just sit in someone's spam... or if you enjoy tons of spam mail coming in daily to your mailbox, you must sign up immediately.. else DONT BOTHER..
the phone lines are useless for any technical support.. you need to wait ages for anyone to get back to you.. They were better before many years ago.. now.. just look elsewhere to save yourself from wasting your time and getting no work done...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have requested a techincal support and agent Kedar had attended me from 4:09pm to 6pm on 26 Mar 22. Messages from the agent were slow (10-15 mins were the average reply time I had to wait after sending my reply), which I was okay given that it is a weekend. However, the last request to assist with my login credentials took more than 26 minutes until the bot close off the entire conversation? When I am finally reconnecting back to Mr. Kedar again, I was prompt to repeat all of my problems that happend from 4-6pm... a total nightmare and waste of time.
The support team has unfortunately displayed an astonishing lack of urgency in the matter. By the way, they don't used to be like this when I first signed on their service sometime last year. Somehow things has changed and its really disappointing.
To the management, if your support crew is overwhelmed, please relook into how you can better support your team to build a better community.

Used to be better when they are less famous, but now I don't have any reasons to stay with them.
Super disappointed. The team is pretty lost, seems no one really knows what's going on. Every time if there's a problem they will push around and give you a ticket that response in 1-2working days. If their lousy server faced any urgent downtime problems or get attack. Just cry to yourself and migrate to a new place. Signed up a 3 year plan and their service is too bad.. So just give up and move over to new place, they don't even care. Maybe they need me to wait for 2weeks reply for a quest of refund or they won't reply?
Don't waste your time and effort if you are running real biz.
