Changed 4 tyres with them, and one of the tyres they initially gave me have been in shop for close to 2 years. I called in and requested to have it changed to a newer tyre and they were agreeable to without much excuses.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Encounter tyre burst in early morning, Beng Heng dispatch a satellite service to get me a spare tyre, so that my vechile can be driven to their shop. All these done in less than 30 mins. Have my tyres replaced there and part of the service fee waived off. Tyre price is reasonable. 5 technicians work on my car at the same time, again all done in short period of time, good and fast service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had some sidewall damage from hitting a kurb. Took it to Beng Heng to get the tyre change as it was near by & I thought it was leaking.
Tyre fitter was very professional and assessed the damage wasn't significant and purely cosmetic & there was no need to change! Definately would take my car back here due to their professional service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good service and reasonably priced. They do not overtork the bolts which fasten your tyres and use a proper tork wrench. Some places just bolt on the tyre directly using a pneumatic air gun.
