I installed PT741 225/45/R17 after I've been using Yokohama for the past years. I must say that after using for close to 6 months , I'm impressed with the tyres. I must say that initially I was skeptical but I feel like I owned a premium tyre at great prices. It's extreme value for money. The tyres gives great dry grip, and I feel confident on wet roads. This is especially important to me, the safety because I experienced aquaplaning in my previous vehicle. Driving on the road now is comfortable. The noise level was markedly lower than the K brand fitted on my car. Can't wait for borders to open so that I can try it on the NS highway. I'm very pleased with this purchase. Regarding the shop, they are friendly and efficient. Replacement takes less than 25 mins. Thanks.

Time to post my share after having these rubbers on for 4200km. Goof for only first 2000km.After driving the 2K benchmark. That's when it will start to lose it's shine & glamour. Firstly, tyre noise start to become more deadening. Notice the rubber hardened quickly too. Dry grip still decent but the last straw for me is during these rainy seasons. Driving on cte with a downpour at moderate speed of around 65km/h. Along the entire expressway journey my car actually hydroplaned on a few occasions. Swap to another MIJ tyres with only a difference of about 30ish dollars per tyre. Now thinking back it's not exactly cheap & totally not worth the price at all considering the quality and relatively unknown tukish brand comparing price point almost matching a branded MIJ tyres. These are the fastest set of tyres I change out in years of driving. All the rave reviews probably hype by paid marketing effort.

This is my 3rd set of Petlas tyres and due to my heavy usage. I am changing every year. This tyre never fail to disappoint me when I am on the road everyday. Be it rain or shine, it grips and kept me safe. The price is also very reasonable. Thank you.

I bought 2 pcs Progreen PT525 in May 2021 and fitted them to the front. I don't like the noise it makes from 50kmph onwards and it is loud. I noticed the noise from 6 months back. Every friend that gets into the car asks what's that noise. The tyres still have a good amount of thread but the noise .... I think it will only get louder as the tyres wear. I drive an Altis. I will never buy this brand again.

After researching, I decided to try the 741 model. The staff are friendly and professional, the tyre change was done in about 30 mins. Grip on the road is great and very happy with the drive feel now.

Since people were raving about these tyres, I decided to fit them on my car to find out how good they are. Fitted Petlas ProGreen PT525 195/60R15 manufactured 3420 on 11 December 2020. The moment I drove off, I noticed there was a slight hum at about 30-50kmh. Before anyone is quick to suggest that my wheel bearings are gone, my previous tyres, Yokohama Es32 with at least 90% thread were totally silent. I was preparing to live with the humming sound as it is not loud, and that the PT525 offered better grip. Today, which is week 26 of year 2021, I was checking the tyres closely and alas! Micro cracks have formed on the sidewall of the tyres and the tyres were not even 1 year old! I am a car OCD person who always keep my tyres well inflated within specifications, and I've never come across cracks like these in any of the tyres I have used, even on 2 year old Yokohama, Falken and Bridgestone. Such disappointment, considering the local dealer keeps promoting Petlas as car tyres with aircraft tyre technologies. Maybe, better be avoiding aircrafts running on Petlas tyres? By the way, I feel that these "aircraft technologies" are nothing but marketing gimmicks? I thought car tyres have to be manufactured according to European ECE and American DOT technical regulations?

This will be my 3rd set of tyres from Petlas. My outdoor sales role puts much mileage on my car. But here's a story i wish to share with everyone reading this. 1 week ago i was driving along KJE and all a sudden there is a continuous beating sound on the left of my car. I was driving on the road shoulder and i thought my car picked up something. I stopped on the road shoulder and found a piece of long tyre strip rolled into my wheel rim. I removed it and that was the end of the episode. However yesterday, i found my car front left tyre is almost flattened. I have driven to a nearby mall for lunch and i drove back home. Contacted Alvin and he gave me a contact to mend my tyre. The contact came and we found out that the inner corner of the tyre is already gone. So that's where the strip of rubber tyre came from, my own tyre! I cannot believe that my tyre took a week of driving about and an accident could have happened! Thanks to Petlas for creating such an unbelievably tough tyre. U protected me and my family well.
