Turns out to be true as you cant see frm the previous reviews... Bad maid agency and bad maid....Maids are all not properly trained,cant even do simple chores eg: frying egg etc.. Agency staff was not helpful and very rude with bad service.. Very utterly dissapointed! Just want to earn your hard earn money!

Went thru a period of tough time (less than 3 mths) with the 1st and 2nd FDW from Beracah due to FDW personal issues as they requested to go back. Agency tried to talk to helpers but cant do much since FDW insisted to go back. Nowadays govt and embassy are providing alot of help to FDW thus the recent helpers are not here to work but on vacation. Anyway, employers are always at losing end by paying MOM paper work, etc. even thou we are not paying for agent fees. Mike who is the boss from Beracah assisted me on my case and we managed to come to terms and get the 3rd helper. So far the 3rd helper is good after the big trauma, hopefully she can complete the 2yrs contract. Mike has been very helpful and follow up with me to ensure everything goes smoothly this time. I would say that his services is excellent!

I have always found the staff at Beracah to be very friendly and helpful. Not only finding a good maid for me from the Philippines (who has been with my family for 6 years) but all of my friends that I have recommended have said the same. They also can provide homeleave and Work Permit renewal. I understand that they can now do direct processing if you have already found a helper yourself.

Would give negative stars if I could. Dishonest agency with no integrity and no care for the FDWs. We will never deal with them again. They were unable to provide the FDW based on the agreed schedule, which caused our current helper to be unable to take her home leave which is unfair to her as she has been a great support to us for the last few years. This agency agreed to subsidize the loss from the unused air tickets from the home leave initially when they were trying to close the deal, but when we are finalizing the paperwork and documentations during the picking up of our FDW, they backed out on what they had committed to us. When we raised this to them, they refused to deduct the amount from the agency fees. They even wanted to deduct it from our new FDW's pay, which we outrightly refused. The agency's mishandling and delays caused should not penalize the FDWs. When that was not an option, the agency just said we can get a refund and leave our new FDW there. The amount is not significant to us, what upset us was (1) how our own helper got short-changed of her home leave due to the agency's mishandling of the transfer, (2) the agency backing out on the subsidization of the unconsumed air tickets at the point of picking up our new FDW (3) how easily they wanted our new FDW to bear the costs of their poor service and even asked to just leave our new FDW there and just get a refund. Posting this here so FDWs will avoid this agency, and prospective employers would not fall victims to the experience we had.

Beracah is one of the best agencies for Domestic Helpers in Singapore. Certainly much better than the others we tried... I don’t want to start naming other agencies who don’t even seem to know the Helpers or treat them with respect. Beracah is a small family business. The people seem to really care about us. Many of our friends recommended that we try this agency and we are very pleased with the service. They are always happy to see us and help with anything. Thank you Beracah :-) Definitely 5 Stars from my family.

Hi, I hired a helper from this agency almost 10 months back. The helper has plenty of attitude problem from the begining but the agency has always tried their best to mitigate the issue. One of their staff, Barbie is a very responsible and professional person and actually her behaviour is way better than the agency owner.i would recommend this agency only for Barbie!! Do look for her in case ypu are hiring.

Very helpful - anytime we need help they are quick to provide a good service. Urgently needed a helper and found a really nice one today ! Always approachable and matched my budget. The owner is busy but she calls back to solve any issues.

Worst agency ever. Totally agree with all the previous negative comments made. I experience exactly the same issues. Hired a helper from Philippines join me for 4 days and informed that she doesn't want to work for me any more. Regret not checking this review first before I sign up with the agency. Some of the employees there are good but unfortunately the Owner of the agency Virginia is dishonest and definitely not professional. Very poor work ethics, or rather don't even have any work ethics. Not sure why her poor employees still want to work under such an unethical agency. The agency also provides very lousy helpers not sure why MOM allows such low quality agency to exist. With such low quality agency, all employers like you and I end up being the victims where we are the ones loosing money and Virginia making loads of money from churning the helpers we return to them. Beware!!
