★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad services, rude staffs.....there are better agencies out there. Stated operating hours from 10am daily but NEVER open on time. Reached at 10.30am and yet it's still closed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All the maids in this agency just come a couple of days and requested to transfer without notice, leave immediately without waiting for the replacement to come. i never see such bad maid and agencies. Never deal any business with this agency, otherwise you will regret.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid this agency at all cost. DO NOT ENGAGE. Highly unethical and immoral agency. I have no idea why MoM has not closed or sanctioned them. They will resort to threatening you with lawsuits and sending back helpers to their home country if they do not get their way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid this place at all costs. Charges are exorbitant and unethical.
We understand that it is extremely difficult to get a transfer maid at this time. However we managed to get one theough our own connections and went all the way to interview the maid. At this point of time, agency has not stepped in.
Current employer decided to engage agency to handle transfer paperwork (we respect that) and just within 1 day of transfer ( from employer to agency), they are charging us $2588 without insurance. FYI other agencies charge $500 with insurance for same services.
Am not sure if their fee practices is already like this pre Covid but it is exhorbitant to me. Will have given no star rating if there is even an option.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If only I could give negative ratings..their founders Sonia and Vicky/Vibha are fraudsters of highest order... Avoid them at all costs and save yourself from immense follow up, sleepless nights, unprofessional attitude, ghosting out and save your money.. i think their primary business is not to provide maids, but to run a fraud company to fleece people of their money.
Also they will place their maids in India with a promise of long service, but what they are essentially doing is placing them to get trained and then send them to Singapore after sufficient experience. No maids will last for more than 2 months..
