Paid for "Same day delivery", got an email only after 11pm saying that they can't fulfil the order and will be ship out tomorrow morning. Apparently they only open in the afternoon and had advised that it will usually take 3-5 hours. Received yet another email at 6pm the next day that delivery will be further delayed.. their expedited delivery takes... at least 2 days. you are better of just walking to a neighbouring mall and getting it. and getting calls from their customer representative debating they didnt commit on same day delivery.. sweats..

Delivery? Dont bother. 1-3 working days delivery is just false advertising when they use the cheapest, unreliable courier. No alternative solution given when the package gets stuck at the courier's hub. Just get it through amazon and enjoy your game on time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought a switch memory card screen protector and couple games on 5/5 sales in Lazada. When I first asked when they would send it I received a no stock and they put my order as packed and waiting to ship so I couldn't refund. That's fine and all but they didn't ship my items and Lazada refunded told me to place another order which will cost an extra $100+ and say they will not match pricing. Waste time service was good years ago but this is terrible

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got my switch oled from sale on Shopee here. Can select pick up from store and collect your order the next day. This way you can get a sale level price and avoid a sale level delivery time. Staff is friendly and helpful, but seems to have perfectly memorized the warranty information when I asked. I'd much prefer an answer like "refer here for warranty information" rather than a recital performance. Location is also a bit tricky to find, but that's more so my inexperience. Overall, a good place to get your consoles and games.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went down yesterday around 4 plus to play the latest Eva kuji. As I counted there are 13 tickets as compared to only 12 on the board, the staff was kind enough to double checked and confirm it is 13 in total. So I decided to play and verbally told him I wanted to buy all the remaining tickets.
But as i was opening the second ticket, suddenly the staff stopped me and told me someone already purchased all. I asked why i wasn’t informed when he let me count and opened the first ticket. The board is still hanging there and both prizes still clearly displayed. The staff there just shrugged his shoulders saying miscommunication. This incident left an unpleasant impression of the store dishonest way of conducting transaction.
