★ ★ ★ ★ ★ def the work shopping experience. ordered a bookshelf on 12 Jan and still haven't received. customer service either slow to respond or not responsive at all. been calling/texting for an estimated delivery date and they keep saying they will check and get back to me but never proactively follow up. asked to cancel order and refund, said cannot because always in production and shipped, but still hasn't arrived and dont know when will it ever arrive. this us ridiculous! will absolutely NOT recommend purchase here!

Delivery and installation was prompt.
If you're looking for.that resort or industrial feel for your home, Mr Nanyang's table is highly recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Genuinely warm and friendly service at the showroom at Toa Payoh! Great follow up and after sales service from the team: Gicylle, Gillian and Mae. Excellent quality of the rubber wood furniture and office chairs. Good home set up by the service men. The only glitch in the whole experience was the unexpectedly long lead time of over 2 months for the delivery from the manufacturer in Shanghai due to strict Covid lock downs at the port. Otherwise which this review would have deserved 5 stars.
