★ ★ ★ ★ ★ did your just sell a 1st generation i3 processor based desktop to one of the pioneer generation for $200 ? ....2nd hand i3 550 processor with 4gb ram for $200 in May 2019 ? please clarify . Even a new Acer desktop with a J5005 processor is only $500

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in to get a portable drive and card reader today..... Prices are generally OK. Some items are priced slightly below competitors. Don't expect to find older models of peripherals here. Customer service generally at rock bottom until payment time. Can be rude at times.

The best boss in Sim Lim Square, 5-star boss.
I buy from him since they open the shop in Sim Lim.
Sadly he is not as active in the shop anymore.
Even the IT SHOW can't beat this shop at gaming products and gaming custom PC products.

Jackin had been very helpful to determine the problem and guided me on how to claim warranty for the faulty part. He then helped me to reinstall the new part. He did not even charge me for any consultation etc.
Would highly recommend this place :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called the shop to ask if there's stock for a particular headset. The guy said there's "1 last piece left". I asked him to reserve for me as I go there immediately. He said OK. I reached 30mins later. They told me it was already taken and that they didnt check properly?? Then proceed to try and sell me their other higher end headsets with slight "discount" and that was it. Worse thing about this experience is when i was walking out of the shop in frustration, the owner(older guy) didnt show any signs of remorse. whistling away like he didnt just waste a customer's time travelling all the way there for nothing, all because of his negligence.
