With a spacious display for fridges, washing machines and TVs, managed to snag a good deal during their opening. Definitely a go to place if you just bought your home and in need to deck out your place.

Even though I asked many questions, Leon was very patient in answering them and he continued to remain patient even though I was indecisive. What I really appreciate was his attention to the customer's needs and his sincerity in making sure that the customer was satisfied with the purchase. Excellent service from Leon! Once I walked in Best Denki Plaza Singapura, I was served by Wagner Gan. I told him that I am looking for a hitachi fridge as my parent trusted the brand and product. I was quite impressed by the range of hitachi fridges that are available on display. Wagner was very knowledgeable and experienced. He introduced to a few hitachi fridges based on my budget. He is very patient and answer all my queries. In the end, I bought the hitachi fridge. I would like to thanks, Wagner for his excellence services. Thanks, Wagner!

He is very friendly, approachable and knowledgeable. He was asking me what kind of fridge and size that I am looking at. He recommended one of the Hitachi fridges and it is the correct size that I am looking at. The fridge looks classy and it has a lot of compartments. I used to have a Hitachi fridge and it has lasted for 8 years. When I asked Wagner about the Hitachi fridge's technical specification, he can reply me instantly and confidently. I bought the fridge two weeks ago. The fridge is working perfectly. I will definitely introduce more people to visit the Best Denki outlet at Plaza Singapura as the service was excellent and convenient. It is situated on level 3 right in front of the escalator from the main entrance of Plaza Singapura.

Her service was excellent and very knowledgeable about the pros and cons of each item. Attended to all our needs and informed us promptly when there was shipment delay. She even helped us with the Capitamall app so that we can earn points for our purchase. I would go again if I need any electrical items. 5 stars from me.
