★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First helper worked 2 weeks and wanted to leave because she was home sick. Second helper was underaged (she admitted to my relative's helper) and was not well-trained (broke my window ledge, refused to do chores correctly despite me telling her the rationale countless times). Best home liaison Jassey was unprofessional, pushed me a helper that I didn't want, but did not manage to schedule interviews for 3 other candidates I was interested in for over 2 weeks. She also didn't listen to my criteria (no preference for religion, must have previous experience with children) and set HER OWN CRITERIA for me (only Christians because they clean better - what kind of biase is this?). Very bad impression of best home, was a stressful year for me thanks to this agency.

Upon recommendation from the staff at Best Home, we hired our current helper who is not only good with children but she is good with household chores as well! Really good to have her, thank you Best Home for your help, and thank you to all the staff who are helpful and patient to us!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the lousiest Maid agency I have been to.
1. The bio data of their new maids were not accurate (e.g. for one, the age indicated on the document was overstated by 10 years, also the work experience stated was not true.). I only came to know about it when I had a phone interview with her.
2. With regards to one of their transfer maid, I understand from Best Home’s staff that she asked to leave because the previous employer (an old lady) was very rude and slapped her. However, when I interviewed The Maid herself, she said ‘grandma very nice’.
3. Best Home was not honest in disclosing all costs involved.
4. From my experience, it seems the agency was only concerned about their sales and not customers.
Regretted recommending this agency to a Friend who is also having some problems.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Witnessed the staff verbally abusing the helpers outside MOM for the entire duration they were getting out of the van, made them stand outside the van while screaming racist remarks about them to their face. Horrible.
