I hate it when my parcel updates say it’s being delivered by Best Express because it takes WEEKS to arrive with no way to contact customer service, no response on Messenger, nothing.

Called CS today, and my issue was settled promptly. I would like to thank Roy, Mr. Ho and team for their prompt response, especially to Roy.. ??
S	Shu Yin Ho on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally bad experience. My parcel from Taobao have reached SG on 6th March. 11th March indicating out for delivery around 9am in the morning. At evening time 8plus status of delivery updated as Delivered. 12th March - Parcel finally received. Could have inform customers via text message that there will delay instead of updating as Delivered.

Every time when I made an enquiry about the delivery somebody promise that the delivery coming 1 or 2 days time but never turn up instead it takes many more days. If cannot do not give anti-promise. And this not the first time but many time.
Z	Z. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not even deserve a star! My parcel is in the hands of their driver (with unknown storage condition) for > 7 days!!! My parcel from China to SG took way lesser days. Managed get through their hotline after >30min wait and their response is that they are unable to contact their own driver and have no idea on the status of my parcel! Very worrying that my parcel is travelling around with the driver in the vehicle - under hot sun - for days!!!!
C	Colin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly I donno why taobao Cainiao uses this logistic provider. The customer service officer told me my parcel cannot be found. It took less days via air for the parcel to be shipped from China to Singapore. Then this distributor never updated my parcel status after receiving it and my parcel is not moving for 1 week in Singapore. I called multiple times and complained with taobao. It is not an expensive parcel but the item inside cannot be replaced as they are unique. Worst logistics company I have encountered ever in Singapore. Update: The driver called me to offer compensation for losing my parcel. I questioned why the careless but I am not taking the compensation as the item value is not much and delivery is a tough job. I would like to raise the awareness of service quality. Every review here is bad so it is not because of the driver right? - shouldn’t the company reflect on that?

The time it took for my item to travel from China to Singapore is shorter than the time it is taking for them to deliver domestically. I emailed them asking when I can expect my item and they said "Your parcel out for delivery today. We have already informed our driver to expedite on your delivery." It is now past office hours and the parcel still hasn't arrived. Completely not fit for purpose and worse than Roadbull.
