β β β β β Horrible service from the delivery team. Instead of delivering my order into my unit, the delivery team of 2 left my stuff along the road - not even on the pavement but along the road where cars are driving. Their excuse was that my order is too bulky and heavy and so even though there were 2 of them, they refused to bring it into my unit. So I decided to compromise and asked the delivery men to at least put my stuff on the pavement and not along the road but even that was dismissed by them. I will not recommend this company and will not engage their service ever again!

β β β β β I am Alan, regarding Russell Ong's comments, I have something to say: we called them to arrange the delivery. Actually a girl answered the phone, asked us to deliver on about 11:30, we said need to give us a period like 11-1pm, otherwise we could not make it. The girl said: can only deliver this timing! Then hang up! Which we can not make. delivery need some timing period, very hard to make very sharp. When we called again, still no negotiatable on timing! Thus I was thinking wasting my time. We triy to serve better and will impove with more patient.
