★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to your shop on 19 Feb, looking for an Acer monitor which cost $199, but was told that there was no more stock. Sales staff recommended a Dell SE2417HG and said original price was $299 but he can sell me for $199.
Later then did i realise on your hardcopy pricelist, the Dell monitor was listed at $189. Very unethical way of doing business, just because i was prepared to paid $199 and your sales staff conveniently offered me a price of $199 for something which was listed as $189. My fault for not checking the price list though but never going to patron your shop again.
To anyone who is reading this review, please do your check before purchasing anything from this shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Below average customer service standards. Staff are not customer oriented, busy with their own stuff rather than serving walk in customers.
Prices are mark up way high and if you don’t negotiate the price, you are likely to become a big fat carrot waiting to be chop.
Prices on the their website, price list and items available in shop are all not same. Price of fish changes everyday, be smart not sorry.
Not a place for newbies and will not recommend based on shopping experience and price transparency issue.
