BHG Bugis Junction - #02-17 & #03-11

With special thanks and compliments to Mirasol Torredes of Beauty Library and Olivia Tongol and BHG staff. 1. Went to shop yesterday March 26 (Sat) and passed by this lady Mirasol and caught my attention because of her voucher for the facial :). I dont know her brand and actually I am heading to another popular brand but I gave her the chance to introduce her product. She was patient to explain and did some trial on my face with focus on my eyes as main problem. I must admit I was impressed with Origani. With the trial, I have seen that my dark eyes lightened up and so as for the face as well. I was just suppose to buy one set but ended up buying another product for the eyes, though is a bit expensive I am willing to give it a try as the first trial gave me good result. Truly admired her being so helpful and honest not to put a lot but just small amount as it will still give the same result and not to waste the product. In short she wants to give value to what I spent and not just to finish it faster and come back for another sale. This is remarkable and an extra mile of asking her superior to go out for a while to send me to MRT station as I was carrying a lot. You are indeed sales person with a heart. If you give value to your customer, they would certainly keeps on coming back, provided quality is not at stake. Hope this will truly work for me to see you again and again. Thanks Mirasol, keep up the good work and thumbs up! 2. Olivia Tongol - I rejected the upgrade the last last time visit for $50 membership upgade. Yesterday, she did offer again as she was able to recognized me, but without a push and explained patiently again the benefits of upgrading. With her sincerity and humble approach I was convinced and took the offer. What was remarkable and I am so pleased was she assisted me to go to the customer service to get the vouchers for that upgrade even sacrificing delaying her break time and further introduced me to the another lady who can assist me when I am ready to use the vouchers. Simple things but I was delighted. Truly doing an extra mile to make your customers delighted. Thumbs up and keep up the good work. Lastly to Myra from the same Beauty Library. She introduced that brand of organic toothpaste which I am not familiar with. But since the price is not that expensive compare to the other brands I am used to, I still bought 2pcs to have a try as I was convinced by her explanation on the good things about the product. Take note, this is a sale without a push but just simply explaining the good things about it so I decided to buy. I will try this and if this is really good I will come back.

Very nice shopping experience. They had a good collection of fitflops, my family enjoyed shopping there. Excellent customer service by the malay lady who handles fitflops. Will surely recommend to my friends.

Wonderful shopping mall near Raffles and Suntec. Has everything you need from food to retail clothing and lots more. Intercontinental hotel nearby for accommodation with MRT station. Really surprised with the content ? Colino1861 recommended ✅️

Excellent shopping experience, most items here have high quality and reasonable price. Very much improved as compared to years ago.

Worst customer service have ever encountered, rude staff and cut queue while we were just standing right after the customers front, and the cashier Angeline Lee allowed her colleague (couldn’t get her name) to cut queue for her customers by saying that’s the correct lining, while there was also other customers lining behind us. How ridiculous and rude customer service! Will never come again

Birthday Day promo code for 20% discount given for online purchase was not valid, despite fulfilling all the T&C. Called their customer service and was promised of call back after investigation. No return call on the outcome was received and subsequent call to the customer service hotline was not answered. Terrible way to treat their members and giving out a promo code that can’t be used! Shop with cautious, fellow shoppers !

Large BHG store compared to Bishan outlet and it does carry more range of brands. It has 3 level at Bugis Junction.

I always like to come to Bugis Junction and also BHG. Especially when there is sales going on. There are many nice eateries here....lots of choices. Today the crowd is not here hence don't have to waste time waiting. Happy shopping
