โ โ โ โ โ Opted for both spicy noodles but not spicy at all ?
Interestingly thick noodles.
Personal opinion while eating : chewing is so tiring ?
The Biang Biang Noodles has more ingredients @ $6.50, so imo it is more worth buying as compared to Shanxi Signature Noodles @ $5.30.
Will try other menus when there is chance to be @ TPY~

โ โ โ โ โ Ordered the spicy biang biang 3-in-1 noodles, cumin pork burger and ่พฃๅญ้ธก.
The noodles fell short and there wasnโt anything special about it, just an ordinary bowl of thick noodles that lacked flavour. As for the cumin pork burger, the filling was tasty but the burger was sooooo dry and hardโฆ itโs a no from me. Lastly, the ่พฃๅญ้ธก wasnโt worth the money too. Honestly, wouldnโt go back again.

โ โ โ โ โ I did like the noodles, but not more so than other versions of the same dish. Texture and chewiness is there. The sauce is missing something, it needs the chili for sure. That burger (cumin?) was meh, meat needed more fat and sauce was too oily. Dumplings meh.
Between the 3 of us, we couldn't finish the portion pictured plus dumplings.

โ โ โ โ โ NEVER TRIED ANYTHING LIKE THIS BEFORE!!! ?
Really interesting noodles. It was one single thick piece of noodle that was flavourful and chewy! The meat was tender and the sauce was light too!
Also the pomelo honey drink was really light and refreshing too! Better than the NongFu drink if yโall have tried that before. Iโll defo comeback for more!

โ โ โ โ โ Liangpi is not very nice. Tastes not v good. Noodle not bad. Rem to add Their chilli oil n vinegar which makes the dishes taste better.

โ โ โ โ โ Nice affordable Xi'an cuisine at Toa Payoh. Biang Biang Noodles is their signature. Sweet, tangy coupled with spiciness. Noodles are hand made hand stretched. Very chewy. Roasted meat burger is also my fav too. Look simple & ordinary but flavour is spot-on. Very well marinated. Cumin pork burger has heavier taste. It reminded me of Indian flavour.

โ โ โ โ โ The noodle was super good, very Chewy. The sauce is okay. Should be more strong flavour. And should give more portion on the tomato egg and meat. The garlic with pork belly was good too. Ordered their dumplings too, and is it good. Definitely will return again.

โ โ โ โ โ Tried a few of their noodles, generally tasted quite nice and flavourful with decent portion. My colleagues from China love to eat here too. However, there was this one time when my eggs were charred. It was kind of mixed into my noodles so removing it would require a lot of effort. That was the only time i was unsatisfied.
Service is not the best. It also takes quite a while for the noodles to be made. At least 10mins during lunch hour.
