โ โ โ โ โ Very rude receptionist. Before going to the shop, i had went to check with the school if they sold long pants, the school said no and to go to the BIBI & BABA shop AT HENDERSON. When we reached and asked if they had the uniform for the school she replied in a rude tone and said that all the stock was in school. I stated that we had checked with the at 2 pm yet she kept repeating to us we have to reach between 9am-3pm. I repeated myself saying we reached and checked with the school at 2 pm yet she kept repeating that we were late and missed the time which made me very confused. Maybe she did not understand what 2 pm means because i repeated myself clearly again only to be cut off and told we were late. Overall just really bad customer service. Like really very terrible & would not recommend to anyone.

โ โ โ โ โ The phone number is always engaged. No replies from email. Schools already started and I have yet to receive the uniforms. No tracking status as well. Terrible service. The school uniforms production should not be monopolies during by only one vendor.

โ โ โ โ โ Not recommended to go to the Henderson outlet to get your school uniform. Go to the Far East one instead, there, they have samples for your child to try on. At Henderson, they don't have samples for you to try and they repeatedly tell you to go to the Far East outlet. Unless you already know what sizes you want, then they reluctantly get them from their warehouse for you.

โ โ โ โ โ Worst store to get school uniform, made to measure was not made to measure. It was 5 sizes bigger than measurements. Despite asking the โtailorโ to alter the size, altered size is still bigger than measurements. 0 customer care, I MEAN IT, ZERO. The โtailorโ himself is not confident about the measurements he takes and the lady at the counter is very rude. A VERY bad experience overall. Honestly wish google would give 0 star option.

โ โ โ โ โ 1 star! I would definitely buy from would not buy from them given the choice, but since government has monopolised them they donโt seem to care about service at all. Many places out of stock of uniforms, so bought online. Payed the money and havenโt heard back since. Calling only leads to an engaged tone - Iโve been trying for days. Wish there were other suppliers.

โ โ โ โ โ Never responds to email. When you phone their Far East Outlet, receptionist is absolutely rude and couldn't care less. They have certain sizes which they do not post online, not sure why despite telling them repeatedly to do so. Measurements stated online are also inaccurate! Can see why so many 1 star ratings.

โ โ โ โ โ It doesnโt matter even if itโs rated one star cos cos itโs a monopoly and they have been in the biz long with hardly any competitors and they have been appointed as the vendor exclusive to the schools. We went down 6 times just to get the made to measure shorts and pants correct. 6 times! It isnโt made to measure as the pants donโt fit, and they try to salvage the situation by altering the same defective piece repeatedly to salvage the fabric that they sewn on incorrectly in the first place. Their tailors canโt measure, they cant sew, they are defensive and aggressive and insolent. I was there today for the 6th time and there was another aggrieved customer who is there for the 4th time as they keep getting the made to measure pants wrong. She brought her own measuring tape just like myself as the tailor canโt measure to save his own life. If u have no choice but to go down, donโt go to the tailor mr Pang unless u want to enjoy your certainly memorable customer experience with him for another at least 5 times.
