For Big Grill Western. Ordered Seafood Aglio, ordered extra spicy. Came very watery and tasteless.... for the price of 7.50.

This is a common hangout for us in between our work shifts. Ambience is pretty nice, and place is quite clean. Maybe due to Covid, a couple of stalls closed down and were not opened. The existing stalls were pretty decent too. I'd like to bring to attention the service rendered by Yean, the supervisor of the drink stall. Her meticulous attention to detail brings service to the next level. She's friendly and smiley. According to my friends, she makes the best coffee and tea there, which explains why it's always a longer queue whenever it's her in charged of making the drinks. But the queue would move very fast, cos she's efficient and proficient in her work. I love the buy desserts from her cos she's fast and she ensures we get our dessert warm or cold, depending on what we buy. Recently, a Salad Bar popped up in the food court. Apparently she suggested the idea, and has been managing it very well since. She ensures that the vegetables are freshly cut before the lunch crowd comes in.

I think this is the saddest chicken chop I ever had. $7.50 but miserably small. Malaysia havent halt their chicken export the stall alr rationing their supplies. ??‍♀️ Life is hard for everyone, but their carrots are very much harder.

I dined here with my church friends after Sunday service. The food was quite good but the variety was not wide. The place was clean and pleasant with both big and small tables. Safe Distancing Ambassadors often patrol here.

Trust me, if could rate the Western Stall - "Big Grill" zero stars, I would. Probably the saddest plate of Western meal I had ever eaten. Judging by the garden salad portion and the undercookedness of it, they probably mistook me for a hamster.

Should be zero star for the drinks stall. Auntie was rude. Asked for lemon barley and she asked me to take myself from the shelf. Was taken aback cos there was no lemon barley drink. Told her and she said to take the barley bottle there and if I want lemon she will just add in a slice into the cup of ice. The barley was the worst barley I have ever drunk because they added GINGER! For goodness sake, please state clearly it’s ginger barley if you were going to do so! Shaved ice dessert stall also had a rude staff who was clearly not interested in doing business. Took a 15 min rest and we patiently waited since it’s fair she needed a rest but when she returned, said so many flavours of shaved ice not available. Really dunno why these stalls exist. Waiting to go bust. Giving one star although I would give zero if I could. Maybe 1 star for the air con.

Nice ambience with lots of food options. relatively quiet on a weekday lunch time, perhaps due to the WFH situation. Prices are decent, shop owners are friendly. If you have a loyalty card, you get 10% off all purchases. Got mine from the stall I bought my food from (FOC!)

This one star is particularly for the western food store's chicken chop. This has to be the most horrible chicken chop I have ever eaten. Why? 1) Chicken chop sauce tasted like 90% Worcestershire sauce 2) The meat is hard and chewy like chicken breast meat (see photo), don't taste like thigh meat. 3) The fries are undercooked and fried hours ago with some of it too hard to even bite (see photo pale looking sick fries). The fries are cold mind you. 4) Chicken chop is the size of an adult palm, excluding the fingers (see photo) 5) The veggies are hard and weird texture (also tasted like have been prepared for hours before serving) While all the above makes the dish horrible, the only edible thing is sadly the coleslaw and the diluted mushroom soup. And it costs a friggin $7.50. I believe many of the dishes are prepared long ago. Why? Because my chicken chop was ready within 3 minutes after placing my order. Note: dish is eaten in Feb 2022. Also I took so much photos because I thought of sharing on Google review how disappointing the food was hoping the owner sees it and improve on it because seriously I have never eaten such horrible chicken chop. Interestingly before posting, I have seen many bad reviews on the chicken chop by others, so it's really that bad.
