★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't be fooled, these guys charge everything by weight, even vegetables, mushrooms, meat, etc, so you won't really know how much you gotta pay till you get the shocker after they weigh your pickings. This small, 1-person portion of only vegetables, costed $10. You're better off getting your mala fix down Liang Seah Street with the numerous other mala hotpot places.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Is a chicken rice stall in the Seng Huat Coffee House. Took the chicken rice set. Very nice! Unlike in Malaysia where most of the chicken rice has bones, here you are served with boneless chicken. Tasty rice too. All in all worthwhile dish for its price S$ 5.50.
