We visited at noon on a Friday afternoon, and were surprised to see an existing queue line that didn’t seem capable of ending. The stall itself is very humble in size, run by young stall holders, who were certainly polite and patient with their customers. Now, on to the food. THE FOOD. If the noodles and the prawns are the body, then the broth, that solid, murky broth would have to be the soul. My husband had the dry version and I went for the soup one, both with pork ribs and prawns. I had mine upsized to medium, with pig’s intestines or 粉肠, added for $2 since I was sharing with my three year-old. Carb selection was beehoon with noodles. Started with a taste of the broth…and WOW. Every single mouthful of the prawn noodles was so satisfying— there’s so much umami in the broth, with the accent of fried shallots. There was a bit of peppery spice at the end of every mouthful, but it wasn’t anything strong to the extent of a three year being unable to handle. I personally love prawn noodles and would say that this is even better than some famous ones like B***h R**d prawn noodles, whose broth is really good at its peak potential, but can be a hit and miss at times from their robust turnover. We enjoyed it so much, and while I would love to keep this place a secret for as much as possible, good things must share. So do check them out! We will surely revisit.

Ordered prawn noodles add-on small intestines, lala and skin. Enjoyed my bowl of thick-flavoured soup till its last drop. Really awesome!

Superb Prawn Mee experience! Definitely a must try & definitely will be a repeat customer! Soup was rich in flavour, prawns were fresh, chilli was awesome & had generous portions of deep fried onions! $5.50 might seem a tat pricier compared to most other prawn mee sellers, but portions were also larger & the experience was fantastic. One of the best prawn mee I had!

An enjoyable bowl of prawn noodles - I find the dry one better than the soup one though. The soup (served separately when you order dry) packs a heavy punch but is somewhat diluted in the soup version. The prawns were decent, pork ribs were tender and the noodles not over-cooked. NB: I’m also less fuss about noodles texture when it comes to hei-mee, compared to say bah-chor-mee.

A very good bowl of prawn noodle. The noodle was well coated with sauce and chilli which are tasty and not overpowering. The ingredients are fresh and the portion is good. The highlight with be the soup, had a strong umami and sweetness from the prawn. Can always see a queue forming in front of the stall but the service is pretty fast. Will certainly return again.

This has to be one of the best prawn noodles I've tasted in Singapore. The soup is so "gao" (thick and flavourful), and the dry noodle sauce is on point. I have never had a dry prawn noodle so well coated with the sauce before. Pork is so soft that the meat falls off the bones. It's a perfect harmony of the ingredients. Will definitely patronise regularly. Update: Still good. This is my go-to prawn noodle stall.

One of my favourite prawn noodles around. Their dry version is really yummy and they're very generous with the shallot oil. Soup is super robust, too. If you're not a prawn fan, the pork ribs are really tasty and tender, too.

Came on a Tuesday late morning. Queue was kind of long still but bearable. Soup is super yummy, crispy fried shallots are simply adding praises to the whole dish. Prawns are fresh and firm, pork ribs are tender and nicely done. Best prawn noodle in Sengkang area for me!
